Called several plumbing companies who were unavailable for weeks. We needed help right away do to the leak and JJ responded accordingly. He got the job done quickly and professionally. Excellent service…will call on them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

My daughter recommended Superior Plumbing to us since her experience with them was very satisfactory. The Superior Plumbing crew came the same day I called them, showed up on time, analyzed our problem, and explained it to us and the cost before doing the work. The price was less than we expected to pay. We were very pleased with their work and their professionalism. We have not had any more problems with this plumbing issue.

JJ answered my first phone call to Superior Plumbing. He was on time, courteous and efficient. My septic tank pump replacement was not a simple swap out. JJ kept me informed through the process and his work was Superior.

Excellent communication, service and work! We are impressed with the efficiency and diligence of Superior Plumbing. Initially, JJ met with us for an estimate. He was courteous, friendly and arrived on time for the estimate. Additionally, a text notification was sent indicating that he was on his way to our home. The estimate was reasonably priced, and he was able to schedule the work within a few days. On the day of service, we received a text letting us know that they were on their way. JJ and John did excellent work, explained what they had done, and charged what they quoted. Superior Plumbing installed new pex in a shower as well as re-plumbed and centered the drain. We will continue to use Superior Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Superior Plumbing has been heaven-sent. I have used Superior Plumbing’s services on several occasions, including the day after Christmas when a pipe burst. Justin came to our home and helped us resolve the problem immediately. The following time we used Superior Plumbing was to fix a water pressure issue. Justin resolved this issue quickly and efficiently. We had the worst water pressure, and now we are so happy because we have a standard psi on all levels of our home. The third time we called Justin at Superior Plumbing was to renovate our bathroom. We removed two old bathtubs and replaced them with Sterling shower kits. Justin was accommodating and knowledgeable through the process of picking out the shower kits. I spent time emailing him, and he would respond quickly and guide me to the best shower kit in my budget. Justin explained what needed repair and exactly how the work would be performed in the bathroom. Justin’s service was top-notch in every way. His crew was professional and worked hard to keep their area clean and make sure they stuck to their timeline. I have been recommending Justin at Superior Plumbing to all of my friends and neighbors! Professional all the way! Answered phone on initial call. JJ advised he estimated by job not hourly rate, set up time for consultation. Gave me an estimate window with a $50 variation. Set appointment to complete job and even though the job took 3 hours not the anticipated 2 due to complications, he held his price to the estimate. Texted each time he was on his way and showed up at appointed times.

I had to get a new shower replaced because it was 31 years old ordered one from Lowe’s they sold me a piece of s*** pretty much called Superior plumbing and JJ came to the rescue he installed it looks great and now my mind is at ease thanks again JJ for all your hard work and putting my shower in you’re the best!!!!!!!

I was able to get a quick appointment with Superior and did not have to wait long for a tech to come help fix my clogged drain. JJ arrived a few minutes early and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. All of the pricing was upfront with no surprises. He even happily answered other questions that I had while he worked. Before he left, he looked over everything again, ensuring that all was working properly, then cleaned up the area for me.
