Professional all the way! Answered phone on initial call. JJ advised he estimated by job not hourly rate, set up time for consultation. Gave me an estimate window with a $50 variation. Set appointment to complete job and even though the job took 3 hours not the anticipated 2 due to complications, he held his price to the estimate. Texted each time he was on his way and showed up at appointed times.

I had to get a new shower replaced because it was 31 years old ordered one from Lowe's they sold me a piece of s*** pretty much called Superior plumbing and JJ came to the rescue he installed it looks great and now my mind is at ease thanks again JJ for all your hard work and putting my shower in you're the best!!!!!!!

JJ was very helpful and professional. Installing the plumbing on two showers for me. He did it promptly on the day he said he would, and he worked me into his schedule on the same week as requested services. He installed a new water heater before, and knew how good he was from that experience. Prices are very reasonable and he was very easy to work with. Will use him again to finish off the renovation project. Had them back out to finish the shower install, custom run some plumbing to a double vanity from single supply and drain in a very tight space and unclog my tub drain. He again worked me in late pm on a Friday. Have nothing but rave reviews for JJ and his trusty assistant. Very nice, competent and lowered costs do to having multiple items taken care of. Great guys!!!

JJ, the owner, was very responsive to my request for service. It was no emergency, but service was scheduled quickly and he arrived on time.This was a service through First American Home Warranty. JJ replaced two leaky toilet valves, not just one. He also did the necessary paperwork to have the kitchen sink faucet replaced by the warranty company as it was non-repairable.As this is a new house to us, I had a couple of other things I wanted him to look at and I will DEFINITELY use him for those items.His vans are clean and new. He has set himself up to have a very successful business. The men were all super nice and professional. They were on time finished on time. We had a small issue that wasn't perfect but was an honest mistake. They came right back and fixed it up with no problems. They said to call if anything else happened and they would come right back again. Definitely would recommend. We are a multi generation female only home and get taken advantage of because they think they can get by with it. These men didn't try anything like that and we were completely comfortable with them. So single ladies can rest assured these guys won't rip you off or give you anything to worry about.

I know why the company is called Superior because they are by far SUPERIOR to other plumbers. Called one day and they came out the next (non-emergent). Came right when they said they would. Had to repair two commodes. One flapper still has a small intermittent leak and I called them and they came right back out. This will be our plumber from now on. I manage an apartment community in Johnson City and I was having a recurring sewage pipe issue. This line had been repaired once but I was having the same clogging almost every other day and it was affecting several units. The previous company who did the repair had no interest in insuring their work so that was why I called Superior Plumbing.Justin was very responsive and professional every encounter I had with him. He was able to fit in the repair quickly and I am thrilled to say there have been no issues since.
